Carriage
All products that are in stock are usually shipped on the day you order. Pay by Credit Card (Visa ot Mastercard) or Switch via our secure encrypted order page. Post free on orders over £50.00 unless stated (such as heavier items that need to go by carrier), on orders under £50.00 postage is £4.95 and will be added automatically at the checkout, overseas orders are charged at a different rate and although this will not show at the checkout, you will be e-mailed with the full price before despatch for confirmation. All Prices and specifications subject to change.

When the order is sent to an address other than the card holders address it will not be covered by the Corridori Cycle Sport in the event that it does not arrive. If sent to your place of work please inform the relevant department that will receive the parcel as goods, although we have never completely lost a parcel it has been known for it to arrive only then get lost internally, with the result that the customer then chases us.

Heavy items like Bikes, Wheels, Home Trainers, Bike boxes you will see are charged at a higher rate as naturally they cost more to send (normally £9.00), please note certain areas cost even more, normally outside England, in which case we will contact you for confirmation before sending should this be the case. When the order is sent to an address other than the card holders address it will not be covered by the Corridori Cycle Sport in the event that it does not arrive.

Overseas orders
With all international orders, for your protection at the time we process the order the credit/payment card companies now often do an in depth security check before authorisation, please include your DAY TIME telephone number and when you will be available so that we can speak to you and the credit card company at the same time. Please note we do not export all items shown on the website, Specialized bikes for example are not exported.

Our site will always calculate carriage as if you are a UK resident, carriage for overseas orders is charged at a different rate, we will email you for confirmation of the new total before sending your order, unless the charge is the same as the UK rate shown, which in the case of light items it may be, in which case we will simply send the item(s). As such if you place an order please look out for an email from us. Customers must take into consideration that they have decided to take the additional risk and costs of purchasing from abroad, as stated in our carriage section for overseas orders we do not refund carriage for overseas orders in respect item(s) returned although we would naturally cover the costs of sending the item back to you if exchanged as a result of warranty (we charge carriage at cost for non warranty exchanges.

Returns and Exchanges
Merchandise can be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt. The merchandise must be returned new, unused, and in a sellable condition with all of the original packaging.

Returns for refund: If you are not happy with the goods you have been supplied, or they do not meet your requirements you can returns the goods within 14 days of receipt for a full refund excluding postage. We advise customers to send parcels recorded delivery.

Returns for exchange: If you are not happy with the goods you have received (i.e. wrong size or colour) and would like to exchange the items you can return the goods within 14 days of receipt. There is a £4.95 postage charge for exchanges.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive damaged goods we advise customers to call our mailorder department on 01737 373227. When returning the item please include a cover note. Returns must be received within 14 days of receipt.

In all cases we advise all customers to send parcels recorded delivery when returning items to us.
