2. The solicitor will then contact you to discuss any personal injury and cycle repair details.
3. We can arrange for your bike to be collected and then assess the damage if necessary.
4. A repair estimate will then be sent to our solicitor.
5. The solicitor will only proceed on your behalf if you are happy to go ahead.

Once the claim is underway:

1. The solicitor may allow necessary repair or replacement of the bike before the claim is settled.
2. We will carry out a guaranteed repair or supply a replacement bike.
